The new trailer confirms the various members of the group and even throws in a few other characters that fans may not have been expecting.

Not only do characters like Harley Quinn return, but Rocksteady has introduced a number of other villains and heroes that have only been vaguely alluded to in the past. Rocksteady largely only contained its Batman games to the Dark Knight and his rogues' gallery with nods to other characters, but the developer is really embracing the larger DC universe in the Suicide Squad game. A number of massive heroes, villains, and other morally grey DC characters have been confirmed for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, but there may be even more in the final game.
